Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- have all original tags attached
- be returned in the original packaging, where possible
- not show signs of wear, damage, staining, fragrance, or washing
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- sale items marked as final sale
- gift cards
- items returned without original tags
- items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
