Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Maison Elvorain is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Maison Elvorain is not responsible for stolen parcels marked as delivered.
